| Experience
The Principals of Chesapeake Benefit Partners, Michael
Looney and Robert R. Williams, share a combined 45 years’
experience in pension administration, technology and
process management and fiduciary services. Mr. Looney
has worked in the defined contribution industry for
14 years, starting in plan administration before entering
the consulting field, where in his 10 distinguished
years has helped many benefits administration firms
recognize their business needs. Mr. Looney is the President
and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr. Williams
has a long career in investment and pension administration
and for the past 17 years was a senior manager in the
area of custody, pension administration, trustee and
fiduciary services. He has considerable experience in
advising governments and market regulators on pension
development, capital market operations and pension reform.
Mr. Williams retired in 2003 as Executive Vice President
of State Street Corporation in Boston and is a Director
and Principal of the firm.

Chesapeake Benefit Partners does not seek a large number
of clients. Rather, the firm specializes in developing
close relationships with a small number of client organizations
whose needs span a range of technical, process and governance
related functions. The firm offers specific expertise
